If you don't know the holiday is around the corner and you have got to get all those things done. If you need to get a last minuet gift what about a gift certificate or come on it to see some of the pre made little books and such that are in the store.
Give the gift that keeps giving through out the year with a mini albumn for the Grand Parents, or what about some type of orgainization system. Have some available in the store and they won't break the piggy bank.
Still have a few limited editions of the Quickutz Holiday set for this year. They are great and make mini books in a flash, another great holiday gift for friends and family.
Well we are winding down to the final days befor the 25th so be sure to come in for some last minuet gifts.
Have a wonderful Holiday if I don't get a chance to get back on line befor the 25th. In addition the store will be closed from 2 pm on Christmas Eve till January 7th, 2010 - so if you need to get any supplies befor then come on in!

Newsletter Updates!
Well, Donna & I worked hard last night to fix some things. The best thing out of it, is there is now a newsletter group for the store!! She's working on cleaning out the old list, getting a new list (you can join on this site or head to the store and put your name on the sheet and I'll add you in) together.
The link to add yourself is in the sidebar.
The great thing about the group at yahoo will be that YOU control your emails. If you are going to be out of town for 3 weeks, you can set yourself to "no mail" or even set yourself to digest, where once a week you get any and all mails done for the previous week. It's going to work with everyone much better we think.
Watch for more updates. We're getting the monthly card swaps together, starting in October, plan on starting a "Riley of the Month" club, and so much more!!!
I will also be teaching classes (for kids & adults) on the 1st Saturday's of every month starting in October. Exciting times are in the works!!

Copic Pens
These markers are a must for anyone that likes to color. Many of the designers use these pens since they are so versatile and the fact that you can blend colors easily and get professional results in little time. I have searched the Internet and found several sites on You Tube for beginners and how to use the pens. Of the two that are out there one is very involved and the second is not as complex and works best for beginners. Not that you really need to view them, but I did pick up several points that I found of benefit. At the store we will be forming a copic club. This will enable you to get basic pens in order to create wonderful cards and embellishments for you pages. Keep checking the blog for updates on the club. Will also post items of interest pertaining to the pens.
