Hi all,

Still no foal, she is still growing acting very pregnant, but not doing anything.  She is not due till next week but - I guess I am just a worried expecting owner.

Copic Playing: demo 5/9

The more we play with Copic's, the more we love them. Don't worry if you still haven't seen them first hand, or been able to try your hand at them. We'll be demo'ing them at the retreat (hurry, only 1 spot left for the entire weekend!! A couple for Friday evening & Saturday afternoon.)

Just a Hello & update of Life

Hi,

I don't think that I mentioned this before but I have two Mini Horses, Butter Cup and Fire Fly.

They are great!  I plan on learning how to drive a rig and go to parades around the immediate area surrounding me in Montana. It should be a lot of fun !  Anyway the Mare Butter is going to have a foal this month.  That will be a totally new experience for me. Even though I am a Registered Nurse and worked the ER for years I am not familiar with the animal birthing process. My husband delivered 13 babies while working on the City of Las Vegas Fire Department and is looking forward to changing his number of deliveries to 14.  The trouble is I am afraid that he will be out of town when she foals.  In any case I do have support with the friends that I purchased her from and the Vet if I need him.

I took some pictures of her today and thought that I would post them as very pregnant Mini and her gelding friend fly.

Just wanted to remind you all that the Scrap Retreat is coming up real soon!  I still have two empty slots for sleeping over and Friday evening and Saturday afternoon slots available.  

The Scrap Retreat is going to be hopping with lots of fun and excitement!

We are going to have FUN, FUN, FUN!

Reminder the cost is going to be$60.00 for the weekend- double room occupancy and can specify roommate if you and a friend are attending.

Advanced payment is required.  A deposit can me made until April May 5th to hold your space of $30.00, which is non refundable.

Starts on Friday evening at 7 PM and ends on Sunday at 11 AM.

Includes your dinners Friday and Saturday night, plus light breakfast and lunch for Saturday, light breakfast Sunday. Bring snacks and drinks of your preference.

Their is no refrigeration so you might want to pack a cooler to keep your beverages cold.

The Retreat will be in Victor at a home  with a great view that I have rented for this event.

We will have several classes during this event with prizes and contests, TOO!

Friday Evening  $15.00 -7PM  to 11 PM

Saturday: $20.00, 2 PM- 8PM
